3. Order Acceptance & Cancellations
Shaheeba reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. This may occur in situations including, but not limited to:
• Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of our platform.
• Inaccuracies or errors in product pricing or descriptions.
• The product being out of stock or unavailable.
If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, the full amount will be promptly refunded to your original payment method.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. • Delivery timelines vary based on your specific location and the courier service.
• While we partner with reliable delivery providers, Shaheeba is not liable for shipping delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
We hold our products to high quality and hygiene standards.
• Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Mandatory Unboxing Video: Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video at the time of opening the sealed package.
• Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order only before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers are requested to accept delivery of all dispatched orders.
If a customer refuses delivery of a dispatched order or causes the shipment to be returned to SHAHEEBA, any refund for prepaid orders may be subject to deduction of applicable shipping, return shipping, and other logistics charges.
Customers placing Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are expected to accept delivery once the order has been dispatched. SHAHEEBA reserves the right to restrict or disable COD services for customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries or cause Return-to-Origin (RTO) shipments.
SHAHEEBA reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other operational reasons. In such cases, any prepaid amount received will be refunded in full.
