Once you complete your checkout, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email or SMS containing your Order Number and purchase details.
We process orders very quickly (within 1–3 business days). If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please email us at support@shaheeba.in as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Absolutely. We use industry-certified, secure payment gateways to process all transactions. Shaheeba does not view or store your credit card or banking information.
After a processing time of 1 to 3 business days, your order will be shipped. Standard delivery typically takes between 4 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
As soon as your order leaves our facility, we will send you a shipping confirmation email or SMS. This message will include a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey directly to your door.
Due to strict hygiene standards, we only accept returns if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To protect both you and our business, a clear, continuous unboxing video of the sealed parcel is mandatory for all return requests. This allows us to verify exactly how the item arrived. Without this video, we cannot process a return or replacement.
Once your return request and unboxing video are verified and approved, we will process your refund. The funds will reflect in your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

To keep your Shaheeba pieces looking their best, we recommend keeping them away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and excessive moisture. When you are not wearing your jewelry, store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in a jewelry pouch or box to prevent scratching.
