Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Quality & Hygiene 

At Shaheeba, every piece of jewelry undergoes rigorous quality checks before it leaves our facility.  Because jewelry is an intimate accessory, we maintain strict hygiene and product safety standards. For  this reason, we only accept returns in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or  incorrect item. 

Eligible Return Reasons 

We will gladly facilitate a return or replacement if: 

• The product arrived damaged. 

• The product has a manufacturing defect. 

• You received an incorrect item. 

How to Request a Return 

To ensure a quick and smooth resolution, please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Any issues  must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made outside of this 48- hour window will unfortunately not be eligible for a return. 

The Mandatory Unboxing Video 

To protect both our customers and our business, a continuous, clear unboxing video is strictly  required to process any return request. This helps us accurately verify the condition of the package as  it arrived to you. 

For your return request to be approved, your video must clearly show: 

1. The original, sealed parcel from all sides before opening. 

2. The continuous opening of the package. 

3. A clear view of the product received, highlighting any damage, defect, or incorrect item. Please note: We cannot accept or process any return requests without a valid unboxing video. Non-Returnable Situations 

To maintain our quality standards, returns will not be accepted if: 

• The mandatory unboxing video is not provided. 

• The product shows signs of being worn, used, or damaged by the customer after delivery. • The return request is submitted more than 48 hours after the delivery timestamp. Resolution: Replacements & Refunds 

Once your return request and unboxing video are reviewed and verified by our team: 

Replacement: We will prioritize sending you a replacement of the exact item, subject to  availability.

Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund. Refunds are processed back  to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days
