At SHAHEEBA, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation of an order only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible through our Contact Us page or registered email address.
If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund (for prepaid orders) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers are requested to accept delivery of all dispatched orders.
Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept a dispatched order or is repeatedly unavailable for delivery, resulting in the shipment being returned to SHAHEEBA, the order shall be treated as a refused delivery.
For prepaid orders, any refund, if applicable, may be processed after deducting shipping, return shipping, and other logistics charges incurred by SHAHEEBA.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Customers placing Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are expected to accept delivery once the order has been dispatched.
SHAHEEBA reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or disable COD services for customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries or cause Return-to-Origin (RTO) shipments.
Cancellation by SHAHEEBA
SHAHEEBA reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Operational or technical issues
In such cases, customers will be informed, and any prepaid amount received will be refunded in full.
